For customized and personalized products, SafidonCraft.in may contact customers via WhatsApp, phone call, email, or other available communication methods for order verification, photo confirmation, design approval, or clarification of customization details.

Customers may be required to share photographs, artwork, logos, names, dates, or additional customization instructions along with their Order ID for verification purposes.

Production of customized products may begin only after required details and confirmations are received from the customer.

If a customer fails to provide requested information, photographs, approvals, or responses within a reasonable time, SafidonCraft.in reserves the right to place the order on hold, delay production, or cancel the order.
