After placing your order, send your Order ID along with photos, names, logos, text, or customization details through WhatsApp or Email. Production starts after required details are received.
When will my order be shipped?
Regular products are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Customized products may require 2–7 business days depending on design approval and production requirements.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Once engraving, printing, cutting, or manufacturing has started, cancellation may not be possible.
Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes. We accept bulk orders for corporate gifts, wedding gifts, return gifts, religious products, schools, events, promotional items, and businesses.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a complete unboxing video along with photos. Claims submitted without supporting evidence may not be accepted.

Customized and personalized products are generally non-refundable except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
