At SafidonCraft.in, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the personalized nature of many of our products, certain return and refund limitations apply. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility for Regular Products
For non-customized and regular products, customers may request a return within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in original condition.
- The product must be returned with original packaging where applicable.
- The product must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration caused by the customer.
2. Customized & Personalized Products
This includes products customized with:
- Customer photographs
- Names or initials
- Custom text
- Logos
- Artwork or designs
- Special engraving or printing
Since these products are made specifically according to customer requirements, returns or refunds cannot normally be accepted once production has started.
3. Situations Where Refund or Replacement May Be Approved
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product arrived damaged during transit.
- A manufacturing defect is found.
- The final product significantly differs from the customer-approved design.
- An error occurred due to our production process.
4. Situations Not Eligible for Refund or Return
- Customer uploaded incorrect photos.
- Customer provided incorrect names, dates, spellings, or customization details.
- Customer approved a design and later changed their mind.
- Minor color variations between screen previews and actual products.
- Courier delays beyond our control.
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- Normal wear and tear after delivery.
- Personal preference or change-of-mind requests.
5. Claim Submission Requirements
To request a refund, replacement, or return, customers may be required to provide:
- Order ID
- Clear photographs of the product
- Images showing the issue or defect
- Packaging photographs if applicable
- Unboxing video (strongly recommended)
Claims without sufficient supporting evidence may be rejected.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once a return or refund request is approved and the returned item (if required) has been received and inspected, refunds will normally be processed within 5–7 business days.
Depending on your bank, UPI provider, card issuer, or payment gateway, the amount may take an additional 2–7 business days to reflect in your account.
7. Replacement Orders
Where a replacement is approved, SafidonCraft.in may choose to provide a replacement product instead of a monetary refund.
Approved replacement orders are generally dispatched within 3–7 business days after verification.
8. Fraud Prevention & Abuse Protection
SafidonCraft.in reserves the right to investigate all refund, return, and replacement claims.
Requests found to be fraudulent, misleading, abusive, incomplete, or unsupported by sufficient evidence may be rejected at our sole discretion.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once customization, engraving, printing, laser cutting, manufacturing, or production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Return & Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from purchases made through SafidonCraft.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Safidon, District Jind, Haryana, India.
