Return Eligibility

Yes we will take return and refund your amount but For regular non-customized products, customers may request a return within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging wherever applicable.

Customized & Personalized Products

Customized, personalized, engraved, printed, photo-based, name-based, or made-to-order products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

However, replacement or refund may be approved if:

• The product arrives damaged.
• The wrong product is delivered.
• A manufacturing defect is found.
• The final product significantly differs from the approved design.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected by SafidonCraft.in, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Depending on the customer’s bank, UPI provider, card issuer, or payment gateway, the refunded amount may take an additional 2–7 business days to appear in the original payment method.

Claims & Verification

To process any return, replacement, or refund request, customers may be required to provide:

• Order ID
• Clear product photographs
• Damage or defect evidence
• Unboxing video (recommended)

SafidonCraft.in reserves the right to reject claims that are incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, or unsupported by sufficient evidence.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Customer-approved spelling or design mistakes.
• Incorrect image or content submitted by the customer.
• Minor color variations due to screen differences.
• Change of mind after order confirmation.
• Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
• Courier delays beyond our control.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from purchases made through SafidonCraft.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Safidon, Jind, Haryana, India.
