Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Welcome to Safidon Craft. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service for eligible products across India. To reduce fake orders and ensure smooth order processing, the following policy applies to all COD orders.

How Cash on Delivery Works

1. Place your order on our website.
2. Select Cash on Delivery during checkout.
3. Complete the ₹50 advance payment.
4. Our team verifies your order.
5. Your order is packed and dispatched.
6. Pay the remaining amount to the delivery partner at delivery.

₹50 Advance Payment Policy

To prevent fake orders and unnecessary shipping losses, a non-refundable advance payment of ₹50 is required for all Cash on Delivery orders.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

₹50 COD Handling Charge

A ₹50 Cash on Delivery charge is added to all COD orders to cover:

• Courier COD processing fees
• Order verification expenses
• Packaging and handling costs
• Additional COD service charges

Payment Example

The ₹50 advance payment is charged separately and is not adjusted against the Cash on Delivery amount.

To ensure genuine orders, our team may contact customers through:

Unverified orders may be cancelled automatically.

Customized & Personalized Products

Some products are manufactured according to customer requirements and may require partial or full advance payment before production starts.

Once customization work has started, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

COD Availability

Cash on Delivery service is available only for serviceable PIN codes covered by our courier partners.

Refused Deliveries

Customers who refuse confirmed COD orders without a valid reason may be restricted from using Cash on Delivery services in the future.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

• Order ID
• Product Photos
• Package Photos
